Role Overview
As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients, warehouse, and operations teams—ensuring every order and inquiry is handled promptly and professionally. You’ll work closely with business developers as we continue to scale, contributing to our reputation for exceptional service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident and articulate
- Exceptional attention to detail with a “get-it-done” mindset
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Solid experience with CRM systems, inventory management tools, and WooCommerce
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate our high customer-service standards
- Support the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager in daily tasks
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and process customer orders promptly
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, building new relationships
- Accurately update the CRM and manage online orders in a timely manner
