As a successful candidate, you will deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes. This includes:

* Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
* Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs): Supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.

You will work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, you will engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience is preferred.
* A Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration is required.
* A valid driver's licence and insured roadworthy vehicle are also required.
