About The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position. We are looking for someone based in the Illawarra, South-West Sydney, Murrumbidgee or ACT region, however we will consider applicants based from any of our locations.
The Tender Writer is responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive tender submissions and funding proposals that support the strategic growth of GPH. The role contributes to the full tender lifecycle — from identifying opportunities, to preparing, writing, coordinating and submitting compliant proposals — ensuring alignment with GPH's mission and evidence-based mental health service models.

Duties
* Identify tender opportunities
* Coordinate and submit compliant proposals
* Ensure alignment with GPH's mission and evidence-based mental health service modelsManage multiple concurrent tender processes
* Assist with handover and start-up of successful tenders
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in health, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
* A track record of writing successful tenders or funding proposals, ideally in the mental health or health sector
* Strong project coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
* Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail
