Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and looking for a challenging role that offers a great work-life balance. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Your Key Responsibilities

* HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating training programs.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment legislation, workplace health and safety, and workers' compensation.
* Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on employment policies and procedures.
* Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
* Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, progress monitoring, and feedback.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to have experience in HR administration, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

A degree in Human Resources or a related field would be highly desirable, but not essential if you have significant experience in the field.
