Our organization is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop skills in maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
About the Role:
* Routine maintenance and servicing of watercraft
* General repairs and upkeep across vessels and facilities
* Piloting and docking vessels (training provided)
* Customer briefings and support during check-in/check-out
* On-call duties and occasional call-outs to vessels on hire
Key Responsibilities:
1. We are looking for someone with a practical approach to problem-solving and a friendly demeanor.
2. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
3. A boat license is a bonus but not essential.
4. Basic DIY mechanical and handyman skills for maintenance tasks are required.
5. The successful applicant will be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
6. Australian work rights are necessary for this position.
