What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their marketing journey.
Work closely with our creative and ads teams to oversee campaign performance, results, and communication.
Take ownership of client satisfaction by understanding their goals and ensuring our work consistently aligns with them.
Stay on top of projects, deadlines, and results — making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Be proactive in identifying new opportunities for clients to grow, improve, or refine their marketing efforts.
Occasionally attend in-person meetings and visit childcare centres across Sydney to strengthen client relationships and gain real insight into their businesses.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year working in a small to medium marketing agency (client-facing experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve and adapt.
Based in Sydney, Australia, with the ability to travel across Sydney for client meetings when required.
