Hotel Shamrock is looking for a customer service professional to join our front office team.
About the role:
This role involves completing all the duties of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (e.g. check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of all accommodation aspects of our business.
By bringing your customer service passion to work every day, you will help us anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a memorable service experience.
