Requirements:
">
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar experience in a commercial environment is essential.
">
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with older people are required.

* Demonstrated experience in preparing bulk cooking and ensuring compliance with NSW Food Authority regulations is necessary.
">
* Experience in ordering stock within budget guidelines and organisational skills, including meeting deadlines, are also required.

* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team is essential.
