Overview
At Sovereign Radiology, we deliver state-of-the-art medical imaging in Ballarat across three clinics (Wendouree, Lucas, Sebastopol). We are locally owned and focused on providing a service that delights patients and referring practitioners. Applications are invited from suitably qualified Radiographers for a full time position. Graduates or newly qualified Radiographers are encouraged to apply, with a January 2026 start considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of imaging examinations, including General X-ray, OPG, Dexa, and contrast and non-contrast CT studies; CT angiography and CT coronary angiography activities may be required with upskilling support as needed.
- Contribute to high-quality patient care with a focus on safety, accuracy, and patient comfort.
- Collaborate with radiologists, referrers, and the broader team to deliver timely and reliable imaging services.
Qualifications and requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration is required.
- Working With Children (WWC) Check is required.
- Radiation Use Licence is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing education and quality assurance.
- Preference for CT and MRI skills, though upskilling to CT or MRI can be provided.
- Start date: January 2026 is considered; current availability for 2025 opportunities may vary.
