Supervising landscape workers, trades and subcontractors during different construction phases of some of Melbourne's most prestigious residential gardens

**A normal day **will see you working on residential Landscape projects with budgets ranging from $80,000 - $500.000.
These projects come in all shapes and sizes, from small courtyards to large acreages by many designers. Projects comprises of a range of design elements, including pools, pergolas, paving, retaining walls, tennis courts, planting, water features and decking.
You will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager verbally.
You'll be managing the daily activities of between 3-4 workers, and 2-6 trades during different construction phases
These include apprentices and fully qualified landscapers.
Because of the high end work you'll be on 1 but often 2 or 3 sites at varying stages of completion.
You'll be supported by the Construction Manager, administrator, Managing director and fellow supervisors. There are 3 supervisors at the company
Typically you wont be working over time / weekends unless completely necessary.

**Your past experience **will include the likes of
- Interpreting and explain project requirements, monitor project progress and work quality in relation to requirements and deadlines.
- Critique work and when necessary take corrective actions.
- Perform daily project walk through to ensure safety and cleanliness
