Key Responsibilities
* Order Management – Oversee and coordinate retail and supermarket orders to ensure timely delivery.
* Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to automate and improve logistics operations.
* Problem Resolution – Address logistics challenges with a solutions-driven approach.
* Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with freight providers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
* Inventory & Compliance – Monitor stock movements and ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational management
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
