We are a small, friendly boutique recruitment agency based in a lovely work space located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
We act as an introduction, placement and employment agency for in-home childcare educators for private families, corporate clients, childcare centres and family day care operators. The business is growing and expanding so it is exciting times and we have a great team who work really well together.
We are looking for someone to join our team working Monday, Tuesday & Friday, ideally from 9 am to 2.30 pm (can offer some flexibility with hours & the potential for extended hours when needed).
The roles and responsibilities include:
- Assist with casual bookings and permanent placements
- Building / Maintaining Good Relationships
- Adhering to Internal Processes
- Problem Solving
- Advertising Roles
- Culling Resumes
- Taking Calls / answering inquires / providing verbal quotes
- Scheduling Interview Times
- Filling Casual Jobs & Permanent Placements
You must have previous office experience, a fantastic telephone manner with good communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor and a sound knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft 365 - Word / Excel
- Touch Typing with excellent speed
- Formatting Documents
