Your business The role is positioned within the Financial Services Artificial Intelligence (FS AI) team, working directly with the FS AI Lead to drive AI transformation across FS. It plays a key part in shaping and delivering the AI strategy, operating model, use case prioritisation, value tracking and change management required to realise the ambition for Financial Services. Do work that matters This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who can translate strategy into action, co-ordinate delivery, and engage stakeholders at all levels. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic thinking and requires exceptional communication skills to create materials and narratives for senior forums, including FSLT and GenAI council. The Senior Manager will act as a thought partner to the AI lead and help orchestrate the AI agenda across FS, working with data, technology, and business teams to embed AI solutions at scale. Role responsibilities: Co-develop and refine the AI vision, strategy and operating model for FS Co-ordinate end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across FS, including use case development, value tracking, and benefits realisation Lead the creation of compelling papers, presentations, and materials for senior executives and governance forums Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to amplify AI adoption Facilitate workshops to identify and shape high-value use cases Align AI delivery with FS data and BI programmes Monitor performance, manage interdependencies, and report progress against AI objectives What you bring: Proven experience in AI, data, or technology enabled transformation, with a strong focus on strategy, operating model design and change management Ability to work across business, technology, and data teams to co-ordinate complex delivery and manage stakeholders at executive level Outstanding communication skills – able to distil complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives for senior audiences Track record of driving measurable value through transformation programmes A collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-focussed approach, able to operate effectively in a dynamic environment Working with us: Whether you’re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
