We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes.
Job Description
As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing various services to our clients, including:
* General housekeeping and laundry assistance
* Meal preparation and grocery shopping
* Personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with medications and mobility
* Providing social and emotional support
You will also have the opportunity to build positive relationships with our clients and their families, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
* Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
* Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role that includes personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and assisting with medications
