Job Title: Intelligence Director Cyber Security Assurance
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in intelligence, cyber security, or a related field, and will be responsible for leading the development of strategies and programs to enhance the Agency's cyber security posture.
The position will also involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, as well as providing expert advice on matters related to cyber security and intelligence.
* Manage all-source intelligence fusion from technical and human sources.
* Manage all stages of the intelligence cycle and act as Collection Manager.
* Production of relevant, timely and actionable intelligence.
* Coordinating the intelligence collection processes of internal and external sources and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Planning
The Intelligence Director will be responsible for leading a team of experts and developing strategic plans to enhance the Agency's cyber security posture.
They will work closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives, and will be accountable for delivering results-oriented outcomes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
The Intelligence Director will work closely with stakeholders across the Agency and externally to identify and mitigate risks, and to provide expert advice on matters related to cyber security and intelligence.
They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and other organizations.
Risk Management and Mitigation
The Intelligence Director will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the Agency's cyber security posture.
They will work closely with the Risk Management team to develop and implement risk management strategies, and will be accountable for ensuring that the Agency's cyber security posture is aligned with government policies and regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
The Intelligence Director must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, such as intelligence, cyber security, or a related field.
They must also have a degree in a related field, and hold a current clearance at the level of NV1.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
The Intelligence Director must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
They must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to interpret complex data and information.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
The Intelligence Director may also have experience in project management, and hold certifications in areas such as ITIL or Agile.
They may also have experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building, and hold qualifications in areas such as marketing or public relations.
