Pay review after 6 months.
Duties
Maintain stock and inventory to agreed levels.
Ensure required stock availability
Order and quote parts required
Source parts in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with the company's targets and KPIs.
Ensure customers receive the best quality service
A commitment to work "on the business" to ensure department growth and expand the customer base.
Make suggestions to stakeholders for improvements to the Parts Department's operations.
Perform other duties as requested by Senior Management.
Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years in a Parts Department
Experience in Heavy Vehicles Ideal
Current driver's license HR/HC license desirable
Organised and a problem solver
Be an effective communicator.
Computer literate
Able to work under pressure
