Our team is committed to understanding our clients, and delivering insights and creative solutions to drive sustainable business growth. You will lead a team who have a diverse mix of experience, collaborate well and hold our clients at the centre of everything they do.
Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives, the Team Manager Analysts and the Analyst support team. The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $30m or $1m - $10m in commercial lending, as well as delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice.
We want to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated people management – Coach a team to develop uncommon customer focus, risk & credit skills and capabilitiesA real passion to lead and further develop a skilled teamExceptional commercial acumen and credit understandingLeadership capability and a strong risk management focusA strong success orientation and are engaged and motivatedA tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
The Executive Manager plays a key role in being an expert across business banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their potential whilst delivering successful client outcomes.
