We have an excellent opportunity to join Monash Health's Specialist Consulting Funding Support Team and be part of an expanding, collaborative and supportive team. Specialist Consulting Funding Support plays an integral role in ensuring Monash Health meets Medicare and governing legislative requirements by completing auditing and data quality activities and also ensuring the Department of Health's non-admitted patient activity reporting requirements are met. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable person to be part of our team. The role is responsible for coordinating and completing correction of data entry errors, completing audits on Specialist Consulting data entry, developing and presenting training material to assist end users, providing support to end users, assist with implementation of new business processes improvements and completing testing of new system implementation, upgrades and/or modifications.
The successful incumbent requires excellent communication and computer skills.
**What You Need to Know**:
- This role will work Monday to Friday with flexibility to work on site and from home.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience using a Patient Administration System (PAS) such as iPM
- Working knowledge of data entry and business processes within health services
- Demonstrated commitment to high quality outcomes and attention to detail
As well as advanced verbal, written and interpersonal skills involving good use of English are required. Time management skills are essential, including capacity to prioritise effectively to meet the requirements of the position.

**A Day in the Life**:
You will fulfil a critical role to ensuring accurate reporting of MBS data across Monash Health.
Typical daily duties will include;
- Coordinate and complete correction of data entry errors that are preventing processing and/or payment of Medicare claims
- Complete audits on Specialist Consulting data entry
- Develop and present training material and information guides to assist end users
- Provide support to end users
- Assist with implementation of new business processes improvements
- Complete testing of new system implementation, upgrades and/or modifications
- Ensure all outpatient activity is accurately captured and data including VINAH data requirements meet required standard and regulation
