Your new role
Reporting directly through to the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Advisor will be responsible for; facilitating and supporting leaders through the workforce planning and recruitment process, developing remuneration strategies and providing recommendations, facilitating and coaching leaders on performance cycle initiatives and project management across strategic attraction and retention projects.
