Campus Operations Coordinator
This role plays a vital part in supporting the operational needs of the campus, ensuring its efficiency and creating a welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campus Administration: Oversee financial transactions, maintain records management systems, and support the employee lifecycle.
* Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute School events and build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Committee Support: Offer high-level secretariat support to School committees and manage physical assets and facilities.
* Safety and Compliance: Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace by supporting local safety-related administrative activities.
Requirements:
* A highly organized professional with excellent administrative skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage diverse tasks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in processing transactions and maintaining records.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in event planning and coordination.
* Proficiency in providing high-level administrative support, including committee work.
