Senior Coordinator - Research and Evaluation
Child and Adolescent Health Service > Rare Care Centre – Perth WA
Salary: $148,216 - $153,151 per year.
Position: Fixed Term – Part Time (0.8 FTE), 6 months commencing Monday, 2nd February ****.

Overview
The Rare Care Centre provides innovative cross-sector care coordination and the Nurse Navigator program.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic team member to establish a framework and coordinate research and evaluation activities, increasing the research capacity, capability, and culture within the Centre.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a research and evaluation framework for the Rare Care Centre.
Coordinate research activities across multiple streams, including digital data, device, global partnerships, evaluation, family support programs, and advocacy.
Plan and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Engage stakeholders and drive change management initiatives.
Provide support to the Program Lead (Non-Clinical) and collaborate closely with team members to meet strategic objectives.
Prepare complex briefings, research protocols, and evaluation reports.
Manage teams to deliver strategic objectives and positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Substantial experience and expertise in complex project planning and implementation.
Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
High level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing teams to deliver strategic objectives.
Experience preparing complex briefings, reports, and evaluation documents.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
Applicants will be required to undertake a criminal records screening, integrity check, and possibly a working with children check and a pre-employment health assessment.
