Key Responsibilities: * Manage and administer construction contracts for assigned projects. * Oversee the end phases of projects, including handover, commissioning, and project close-out. * Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance. * Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and variations. * Maintain accurate project documentation and records. * Assist in the procurement and negotiation of subcontractor agreements. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed. * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications and Skills: * Previous experience in contract administration within the commercial construction industry. * A background in industrial projects is highly regarded but not essential. * Strong knowledge in procurement * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
