Are you a visionary Town Planner seeking a challenging role in the South Coast Region?
We are looking for a high-performing professional to provide specialist town planning and development assessment advice with respect to the state-controlled road network.
In this role, you will be involved in corridor planning, development control, and network management, providing expert advice to stakeholders. To succeed, you will need:
* A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
* Experience in providing specialist town planning and development assessment advice.
* Strong attention to detail and effective written communication skills.
* Demonstrates knowledge and practice of Planning Policy in accordance with Town Planning legislation, processes, and policies.
