Resourcing Specialist Traineeship

We are looking for a Trainee Resourcing Specialist to join our Burswood branch as part of the Industrial team.
About the Role
This full‐time 12‐month traineeship offers continuous on‐the‐job training, a rotating weekly roster finishing at 4pm/5pm, and a clear pathway for career progression. You will recruit for a wide variety of job types across many industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates.
* Deploying candidates to our clients across a variety of industry sectors.
* Conducting and recording reference checks.
* Meeting deadlines and KPIs.
* Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients.
* Managing databases and performing data entry and compliance duties.
* Collaborating within a team and contributing equally.
Skills and Experience
* Prior experience resourcing for light industrial in a fast‐paced environment in Civil & Commercial Construction sectors.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Confident, friendly phone manner.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude with energy to motivate yourself and others.
* Team‐working ability and willingness to help others.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
* Experience in labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial.
