Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our inventory levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in stock management, data analysis, and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular cycle counts to inform stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock products.
* Analyse data reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage losses.
* Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring customer demand is met while minimizing losses.
* Implement a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and collaboration with the Senior Management team and Supply Chain.
* Train and educate the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* A motivated individual with a proactive approach and physical fitness to lift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
* Prior retail stock management experience, preferably in areas like cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
* A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, tracking stock levels to maintain brand image.
