You will be working across our ward for both supporting our general medical and surgical patients. As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational clinical management with a focus on quality and patient safety, staff development and providing support to staff whilst ensuring a high standard of clinical practice is maintained.
