As a Commercial Manager in our Defence and Maritime team, you'll ensure the commercial and financial success of critical government services across Australia. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive sustainable business outcomes and commercial excellence. Your leadership will shape commercial strategies that balance risk, return, and strong ethical standards.
As a Commercial Manager in the Defence and Maritime team, you'll make a positive impact by:
* Leading commercial strategy, pricing, and financial planning for complex contracts
* Collaborating with Finance Business Partners to ensure financial reporting accuracy
* Guiding post-contract commercial management and small-scale bid support
* Building strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external clients
* Providing insights and recommendations to support contract optimisation
* Coaching teams to uplift commercial capability and foster a positive culture

* CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
