We are a martial arts centre looking for a friendly and organised Membership Sales Consultant to join our team.
This part-time role involves customer service, membership sales, front-desk coordination, and general administration tasks.
* Welcome members and visitors, creating a professional first impression
* Handle enquiries in person, by phone, email and message
* Conduct tours and guide new families through membership options
* Support member onboarding, bookings and scheduling
* Process memberships and complete basic administrative tasks
* Maintain an organised reception area and assist with day-to-day studio operations
* Provide exceptional customer service and assist parents and students as needed
About You:
* Customer service experience or sales background
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to multitask during peak periods
* Enjoy talking with families and supporting children's activities
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for welcoming members and visitors, handling enquiries, conducting tours, supporting member onboarding, processing memberships and maintaining an organised reception area.
