What You'll Be Doing
You will work with a wide range of service delivery and support teams in Social Futures teams to undertake performance monitoring, analysis, reporting and visualisation of service delivery contractual and program requirements as through data, better information and decisions can be made. There is a strong emphasis on organisational data quality and integrity and your ability to interpret and reconcile data will truly add value to provide actionable insights. You will work with leaders across the business and provide the support in making data-driven decisions and improving reporting practices.
About You
You bring:
* 2–3 years' experience in data, analytics, or performance reporting (Salesforce desirable)
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Power BI preferred)
* Power user of Excel and other reporting tools
* Ability to document workflows and business processes clearly
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
* An interest in understanding how systems reflect real-world operations
Desirable: Experience in aged community, social or government-funded services
