About the Role

Due to exciting internal growth, we are now seeking a confident and process-driven Office Manager to join our Sales team. This role will be based at our Head Office in Helensvale (QLD).

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will professionalise and streamline our processes on the Trade Counter to maintain our seamless customer service experience. Based in our office that has Warehouse walk-through access gives you full view of how we work and what we do on a daily basis.

This is not a traditional Office Manager role or function as an administration support role. Integral to its success is the ability to see things before they happen, apply management techniques supported by procedures and support our people in a fast-growing, distribution-led business.

As the Office Manager you will be in a key role with influence across your team, our customers and our suppliers; balancing professionalism and problem-solving skills to ensure our operations are efficient and process-driven.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong interpersonal skills identified through change implementation experience in your current role
