About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure customers receive excellent service and support
* Process sales, online orders, returns and exchanges efficiently
* Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner
* Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures
* Maintain accurate records of sales transactions
* Respond promptly to incoming telephone calls and emails
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will also be involved in visual merchandising activities, processing online and mail-order sales, maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness, and adhering to all health, safety and security policies.
