As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies across large-scale programs and transformations.
* Develop and execute program-wide communications and engagement plans to drive organisational goals and objectives
* Provide expert advice to executives and stakeholders on communication risks, opportunities, and engagement approaches
* Cultivate and develop high-performing teams of communication professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence in all aspects of their work
* Oversee the coordination of program communication activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with change initiatives
* Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships, aligning engagement efforts with program priorities
* Manage and leverage multiple communication channels (intranet, SharePoint, newsletters, media releases) to maximise impact and reach
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements in all communication activities
