Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kitchen Installation Coordinator to join our team at Clayton's, a national kitchen manufacturer with a strong reputation in the Australian building and renovation industry. As a key member of our installation programme, you will be responsible for coordinating kitchen installations with subcontractor trades and site supervisors across Queensland and New South Wales.
About the Role
* Schedule and coordinate kitchen installations with subcontractor trades and site supervisors to ensure timely project delivery.
* Communicate daily with builders, installers, and internal teams to confirm job readiness and resolve scheduling conflicts.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the scheduling system to track progress and identify potential issues.
* Review project timelines to proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
* Support the Scheduling Supervisor (based in VIC) in delivering smooth operations and achieving key business metrics.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations within the trades, construction, or manufacturing industry.
* Strong communication and relationship skills to manage multiple priorities and keep everyone informed.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency with scheduling or ERP systems is highly regarded.
* A team-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both clients and installers.
