Join a global leader in assurance and certification Intertek SAI Global is seeking an experienced
Client Manager – Building Products Certification
to support our Product Services division.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of building product manufacturers, conduct product certification audits, review test reports, and provide high-quality technical and customer support. If you have strong knowledge of building product standards, NCC/NZ Building Codes, and experience in product evaluation or testing, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Conduct product certification and management systems audits
Review quality plans, test reports and product applications
Provide responsive support and technical guidance to clients
Coordinate audits, sample plans and project reviews
Manage non-conformances and maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring
Degree or equivalent experience in building/construction
Lead Auditor qualification (Quality Management)
Experience in building products design, manufacturing, testing or certification
Strong knowledge of NCC/NZ Building Codes and product standards
Excellent communication and client management skills
CodeMark (AU/NZ) experience
