Job Title: Kitchen Operations Manager
ESS operates in remote sites and mining areas, providing essential support services to companies and organizations.
As a Chef Supervisor, you will be working on our remote mine site village in regional NSW. You will enjoy a 14 days on, 7 days off roster with a salary of $95,000.
The Position:
* Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities, and Dining Room employees.
* Manage bulk cooking for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, and Dinner, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control, and cleanliness.
* Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to a minimum.
Requirements:
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery Minimum
* Experience at Sous Chef level, preferably in bulk catering environments
* Remote experience preferred
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
