Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our telehealth operations and basic accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing administrative and financial responsibilities.
Would suit someone looking for school hours Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage appointment schedules and update patient records
* Handle incoming calls and respond to general enquiries
* Maintain accurate patient information and confidentiality
* Perform account reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
* Process payments and issue receipts
* Assist with invoicing and follow up on outstanding accounts
* Support general administrative duties as required
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Proficiency with office software and practice management systems required
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (desirable)
* Experience with accounting or reconciliation tasks

This role is based in a professional healthcare setting and requires a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Training
Training will be provided and the role will be required in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
Systems
Must be preficient in using Word, Excel, CRM, Slack, Xero, Acuity Booking Platforms and One drive
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
Experience:
* Bookkeeping: 4 years (Required)
