* Manage the delivery and integration of services with company and client IT service management processes
* Deliver accredited partner technical training programs to the public and private sector clients, across a range of topics including: CI/CD, Security and Administration, Agile planning, and AI.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer technical teams
* Facilitate technical workshops and provide recommendations that influence customer decision-making
* Manage customer expectations and project scope discussions with professionalism

What we are looking for

* 2+ years professional experience with Infrastructure-as-Code/Configuration-as-Code technologies (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef)
* 2+ years professional experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
* Tertiary qualifications in computer science, IT, cyber security or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience deploying and administering GitLab across different licence tiers
* Experience with GitLab CI/CD, container registries, and advanced GitLab features
* Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualisation technologies (VMware)
* Experience delivering technical training programs or courses to groups (online or in person)
* Experience with delivery of technologies and services aligned to enterprise IT service management practices (ITIL, ISO20000, COBIT)
* Experience working within high compliance public or private sector contexts
* Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance of NV1 or above.

Skills that will be helpful

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present to and advise senior technical stakeholders
* Ability to assess high level statements of work, undertake planning including the identification of sub-tasks, provide resourcing estimates and manage the execution of small projects whilst managing cost and effort.
* Ability to create technical documentation and training materials to a professional standard
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on customer engagements
* GitLab professional or partner certifications.
