**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage, support, and develop a team of HR professionals across a large portfolio.
- Align operational and transformational objectives while collaborating closely with the Iron Ore leadership team.
- Interact with and influence key stakeholders, building awareness of the evolved HR model.
- Utilize strong knowledge of shared services operations, especially payroll and HR processes.
- Exhibit flexibility to cover a wide range of focus areas while managing high-volume workloads.
- Balance complex stakeholder relationships within matrix structures and coach business leadership to enhance effectiveness in people-related activities.
- Lead and implement key internal projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement and standardization aligned with the People Services Regional Operations team.
**About You**:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage key stakeholders and influence leaders across the business effectively.
- Extensive experience in managing change at a business level, with hands-on experience in planning and executing complex change programs.
- An ability to assess the complexity of organizational changes and recommend appropriate resourcing and capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of navigating and coaching leaders and team members.
- Extensive experience in a Generalist HR role, preferably with site-based experience in the resources sector.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets, providing insights to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, Workday, and other HR reporting tools, with a keen understanding of the importance of data management and accuracy.
