The Role
As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a client portfolio, manage compliance and advisory work, and lead a small team of accountants. With cloud-based systems and flexible arrangements, this is your chance to work closely with clients, contribute to strategy, and progress your career in a firm that values both people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients across diverse industries
- Review financial statements, tax returns & advisory work
- Mentor and develop junior accountants
- Liaise directly with clients, the ATO, and key stakeholders
- Partner with the leadership team on tax planning & advisory

About You
- 5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Solid client management and advisory experience
- Ability to review, mentor and manage staff workflow
- Proactive, commercially minded and ready to step into leadership
