A permanent full-time position is available at Curtin University, based on the Bentley campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, scholarship in learning and teaching, and engagement in the relevant academic discipline in Marketing & Supply Chain.
About The Role:
The successful candidate will undertake undergraduate and post-graduate teaching, with further opportunities for Executive Education teaching. They will also be provided with opportunities for leadership and professional development, and be encouraged to work closely with industry partners in both teaching and scholarship of L&T.;
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality courses in relevant academic disciplines.
Develop course materials and assessment tasks that meet the needs of students and are aligned with the learning objectives of the respective programs.
Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Provide academic guidance and support to students, including advising on career pathways and postgraduate study options.
Maintain an active research program, with a focus on Innovation and Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (iSoLT), securing internal funds through project submission.
Identify opportunities for iSoLT and engage with other stakeholders to understand and deliver iSoLT outcomes.
Role Requirements:
As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.

A doctoral qualification in relevant academic discipline.

A demonstrated capacity to undertake Innovation and Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (iSoLT).

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse community/industry backgrounds.
Willingness to take on leadership roles in Learning and Teaching.
