We are seeking a dynamic leader to take the helm of our retail and dealer sales operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team at our brand new facility in Ashmore.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail and dealer sales, service centre coordination, and chandlery operations. You will work closely with senior management, national dealers, and customers to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
1. Customer Engagement: Manage all retail sales enquiries, prepare quotes, and guide customers through purchase journeys
2. Communication: Maintain communication on production timelines and delivery updates
3. Dealer Management: Handle Boat Builder enquiries and online platform listings (Boats Online, Boat Sales, etc.)
4. Exhibition Team: Support boat shows across Australia as part of our exhibition team
5. National Dealer Network: Strengthen and maintain relationships with our national dealer network
6. Dealer Orders: Manage dealer orders, agreements, and delivery logistics
7. Sales Success: Promote proactive forward-ordering and support dealer sales success
8. Service Work: Book, manage and schedule all service work – repairs, mods & maintenance
9. Front-of-House Experience: Maintain job diary and provide excellent front-of-house experience
Chandlery Management:
1. Stock Reorder: Monitor and reorder stock from key marine suppliers
2. Retail Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, well-stocked retail area
3. Customer Support: Assist customers with chandlery product purchases and enquiries
What We Need:
1. A valid QLD Driver's Licence and Boat Licence
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service ability
4. Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
5. Initiative to improve systems, processes, and customer experiences
