Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer enquiries, exercising judgement to improve customer service delivery processes, and working collaboratively as an effective team member.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide registration and licensing services face-to-face, by telephone, and in writing, according to established policies and procedures.
* Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Exercise judgement to suggest improvements to customer service delivery processes and tools.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve key performance targets.
* Offer guidance and support to less experienced staff.
