About the Role:
 * We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Analyst to join our team. As an Incident Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving product issues with a focus on database-level troubleshooting.
 * You will run SQL queries to validate, analyze, and correct data issues.
 * Liaising with technical teams to diagnose root causes and implement solutions is also a key part of this role.
 * In addition, you will log, track, and update incidents using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
 * Contribution to incident documentation and knowledge base articles is also required.
 * Educating stakeholders on product fixes and features is another critical aspect of this position.
Requirements:
 * An NV1 Clearance is essential.
 * Proficiency in SQL is required.
 * A good understanding of relational databases is necessary.
 * Excellent communication skills are vital.
