We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a forward-thinking technology team within a well-established organisation based in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities
* Administration, setup, and troubleshooting across Microsoft Windows, Exchange Servers, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure.
* Linux and VMware administration.
* Developing automation and scripts using PowerShell, Perl, or shell scripting.
* Managing and troubleshooting TCP/IP networking and routing.
* Analysing technical requirements to support business process improvements.
* Delivering workshops, training sessions, and clear end-user documentation.
* Following ITIL change management procedures to ensure operational excellence.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an enterprise-level System Administrator role.
* Strong technical knowledge across key infrastructure technologies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, present, and foster collaboration.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* A strong problem-solver with integrity, motivation, and a team-focused outlook.
Desirable Skills
* Oracle Infrastructure and Database administration.
* Degree-level qualification in IT or related field.
* Hands-on experience in helpdesk or technical support environments.
* Exposure to Windows Server, Cisco networking, and infrastructure project delivery.
