We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience managing a busy reception desk, ideally within a trade or service-based industry.
* Exceptional phone manner and outstanding customer service skills.
* The ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal software quickly.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
