You will be the crucial link, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly during a temporary leave period.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience managing a busy reception desk, ideally within a trade or service-based industry.
Exceptional phone manner and outstanding customer service skills.
The ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal software quickly.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
