We are currently seeking a driven, high-performing Operations Manager to help take Autoline through its next phase of growth.
This role exists because operations performance matters — to our customers, to vehicle uptime, and to our Same-Day Dispatch promise.
You'll be stepping into a critical leadership role and will be expected to lift standards, not just maintain what's already in place.
The Operations Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and leads Autoline's warehouse and logistics network to ensure customers receive the right parts, on time, every time.

How will you contribute?
You will own operational performance end-to-end across warehousing, logistics and dispatch.
Your role is accountable for Same-Day Dispatch outcomes, safety, stock accuracy across DCs, freight performance and the scalability of our distribution network as the business expands nationally.
You will oversee all Autoline-owned stock, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and build a high-performing operations team that removes bottlenecks and lifts standards in speed, accuracy, safety and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability.

You will:
* Own dispatch performance and Same-Day Dispatch outcomes
* Lead and continuously improve warehouse operations across all DCs
* Ensure stock control execution delivers accuracy and availability
* Manage freight provider performance, relationships and utilisation
* Monitor delivery performance and remove barriers impacting customers
* Resolve fulfilment issues before they impact customers
* Align operational capacity to pipeline and demand with Sales
* Own the Operations process
* Drive continuous improvement to reduce re-work and improve flow
* Lead and develop warehouse team leaders and supervisors
* Set clear accountability for safety, quality and accuracy

What do you need?
You will align with a high-accountability, outcome-driven culture.
Must have:
* Minimum 5 years' warehouse leadership experience in large or multi-warehouse environments
* Logistics and freight supplier management capability
* Strong safety management knowledge and safety culture leadership
* Demonstrated continuous improvement experience (Theory of Constraints preferred)
* Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office capability
This role is not suited to:
* caretakers or status-quo operators
