We are partnering with a well-established organisation operating within heavy industry to recruit an experienced Accounts Officer with strong Dynamics 365 experience. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured, high-volume environment and is confident supporting finance operations within a large ERP system.
The Role
This 12-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extending will be suitable for an immediately available or soon to be immediately available Accounts Officer who will report directly to the Finance Manager
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
* End-to-end accounts payable and receivable processing using Dynamics 365
* Invoice matching, coding, and reconciliations
* Managing supplier and internal stakeholder queries
* Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Assisting with month-end close activities
* Maintaining accurate financial records and system integrity
* Supporting audits and compliance requirements
About You
* Proven experience in an Accounts Officer or similar transactional accounting role
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential
* Background in heavy industry, construction, engineering, mining, manufacturing, or similar environments highly regarded
* High attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Relevant accounting qualification or currently studying (desirable)
