The Role As Co-Clinical Director, you will share responsibility for leading emergency medical services across two ED sites, delivering high-quality care while shaping workforce development, service innovation, and strategic planning. You'll be supported by a strong team of FACEMs, registrars, and multi-disciplinary staff, within an ACEM-accredited training site that also supports ACRRM/RACGP advanced skills.

About You
* FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with >3 years post-Fellowship

* Eligible for Specialist or limited registration in Emergency Medicine in Australia
