AGHA delivers approximately seven major trade fairs each year, including flagship events in Sydney and Melbourne featuring up to 650 exhibitors and thousands of retail buyers. About the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space across AGHA’s portfolio of national trade fairs. This is a warm B2B sales desk with an established exhibitor base, strong rebooking rates and consistent inbound interest generated through marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on building relationships with both new and existing exhibitors, converting enquiries into bookings and growing long-term accounts across multiple events each year. You will proactively connect with clients via phone and email while managing your pipeline through the CRM and identifying opportunities to maximise stand placements and exhibition presence. You will also attend major trade fairs, meeting exhibitors face-to-face, strengthening relationships and identifying future sales opportunities. With strong leadership support, qualified leads and a loyal exhibitor base, this role offers genuine earning potential and the opportunity to develop long-term commercial relationships within the industry. About the Person You are a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys proactive outreach, builds rapport quickly and takes pride in converting conversations into confirmed bookings. You are commercially driven yet highly relationship-focused, understanding that long-term client partnerships are key to successful exhibition sales. Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, you take ownership of your pipeline and maintain consistent weekly sales activity across calls, emails and follow-ups. You are organised, proactive and resilient, maintaining energy and professionalism while working toward individual and team sales targets. This role will suit someone with experience in exhibition, conference, sponsorship, media, advertising or broader B2B sales who enjoys relationship-driven selling and wants to work within the dynamic events industry.
