Front Office Support Analyst – CMC Markets ANZ
First line of defence for our front office pricing and risk systems during local Asia Pacific trading hours. You will own the health and stability of pricing and risk systems, monitor live applications, spot anomalies before they become incidents and make real‑time decisions about system interventions. Your role sits at the intersection of technology and finance, working with traders, business operations teams and developers.

What You'll Be Working On
Provide first‑line technical and operational support for front office pricing and risk systems. Your day involves monitoring live applications for performance issues, validating system connectivity, and conducting controlled restarts or environment switches when needed. Gatekeep changes to pricing and risk parameters, ensuring accuracy, authorization and risk assessment. Troubleshoot incidents independently, exhaust local resolution options, and only raise incidents to offshore teams when necessary. Collaborate with traders, business operations and application support teams for quick resolution, root‑cause analysis and preventive measures. Proactively develop monitoring tools, dashboards and alerting mechanisms. Recommend process enhancements and participate in post‑incident reviews.
What Will Help You Be Successful?
Experience in a front‑office trade support environment and comfort with the pressure of keeping trading systems operational. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell, Linux environments, SQL, time‑series databases and real‑time data feeds. Awareness of market data systems, order routing or risk calculation platforms. Knowledge of system monitoring tools, log analysis and configuration management practices. A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong attention to detail, decisive action under pressure, ownership of system health and excellent cross‑functional collaboration.
